Mary Catherine Jermann is an Assistant Defender for the Office of the Federal Defender Western District of Tennessee. She started as an Assistant Defender in November of 2003. She practices regularly before the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, Eastern and Western Divisions, and before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Cincinnati, Ohio.
