Ned Germany graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went on to the University Of Mississippi School Of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor. He has been admitted to the Federal Bar for both the District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ned was a Federal Judicial Law Clerk for Chief Judge Richard T. Haik, U.S. District Court, in the Western District of Louisiana from 1997 to 1999. He started with the Office of the Federal Public Defender in the Western District of Tennessee in 2000 as a Research and Writing Specialist. In 2003, he became an Assistant Federal Defender for the Office of the Federal Public Defender in the Western District of Tennessee.
