Randolph Alden graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ashland University. He received his Juris Doctor from the Ohio State University College of Law. He became an Assistant Federal Public Defender for the Office of The Federal Public Defender in Western District of Tennessee in 2002.
Prior to that, he was an Associate with Gorman, Sheatsley & Co., PC from 1992 to 1994. He was also a Managing Shareholder with Alden & McVay, Co., L.P.A. from 1994 to 1997. He was an Assistant Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Ohio from 1997 to 1999. He was a Managing Shareholder with Alden, Taylor & Durkin, and LLC from 1999 to 2002.
Randolph also is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University Of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School Of Law where he teaches Legal Methods. He a Retired Major from the United States Army Reserve.
